Vikrant Kumar Singh
Vikrant Kumar Singh is a public policy professional, governance expert, and political strategist with over seven years of experience driving change at the intersection of government, politics, and grassroots development. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi, he has worked with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Government of Haryana, Government of India contributing to large-scale reforms and public service delivery.
He has advised multiple political parties and Members of Parliament on constituency development, campaign strategy, voter engagement, policy communication, and field operations across diverse geographies. Vikrant’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of grassroots realities and India’s governance ecosystem.
Awarded the Karamveer Chakra by the United Nations for his contributions to the social sector, he founded People for Tomorrow to bridge the gap between policy, politics, and people mentoring and empowering the next generation of public leaders and political consultants committed to inclusive, accountable development and nation-building.
Public Affairs and Strategy Specialist
Faisal Javed
Faisal is a Public Affairs and Strategy consultant with a strong academic background. He has Master’s degrees in Political Science and Economics. His work includes electoral strategy, policy analysis, and getting people involved at the grassroots level. He has worked in several Indian states.
He has worked in Odisha, where he was in charge of planning and executing campaigns at the district level. As a Consultant with Mindshare Analytics in Madhya Pradesh, he assisted with electoral and policy research and strategy at the macro level.
He has significant experience with both policy and the real world, having been interviewed for the UPSC Civil Services. He founded a coaching platform aimed at helping underprivileged students prepare for competitive exams, combining his passion for education and social equity.
Faisal’s expertise lies in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making focused on democratic strengthening and inclusive development.
